During this pre-launch phase (Phase 0), we collect minimal data necessary to secure your spot on our waitlist:

  • Personal Information: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
  • Business Information: Business Name, Industry, and Services Offered.
  • Usage Data: Automatically collected data such as IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers used for basic website analytics and bot prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To reserve your spot on the ProMatch platform waitlist.
  • To communicate with you regarding our official launch dates and your "3 Months Free" promotional offer.
  • To authenticate your login via One-Time Password (OTP).
  • To analyze general demographic trends to improve our eventual platform launch.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party vendors who facilitate our operations (e.g., our database hosting provider, Supabase, and email delivery services). These vendors are bound by strict data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including secure databases and Row Level Security (RLS), to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
